(How to set it up?)



- (Optional) Find a Co-Host (Staff Leadership+) 

- Go to #🧁｜sessions and announce:

- Now you go back to the game and announce:

- Announce in #🧁｜sessions 1/2 minutes before you begin.

Shift Time:

Host:

:m A shift is being hosted in the shift room now to show your attendance! {Call}

You will have to announce this 3 times within a 30 second interval. 

After this:

- Verify if your Co-Host is ready and if you are ready.

You must use :m or :sm during all the shift.

Introducing:

Host:

:m Salutations, and Welcome to my shift! My name is {user}, and I'll be your Host for today!

Co-Host:

:h Salutations, and Welcome to our shift! My name is {user}, and I'll be your Co-Host for today!

Host:

:m Before we begin, let's go over a few rules to help you succeed at this shift. 

SHIFT RULES

Host:

:m I - Don't say PTS (Permission to Speak), while me or my Co-Host are speaking. 

:m II - No, trolling or being rude.

:m III - No, hinting or asking for promotion.

:m IV - Follow all rules given by a HR+.

:m V - You must use grammar at all times during this shift.

Host:

:m Middle Rank+ pm me or my co-host suggestions.

Host:

:m You’re all dismissed, you must work during this shift. If you have any questions you may come to any HR+. Good luck during this shift!

Shift:

Be sure you have time to host the shift for about 10 - 25 minutes. 
Make sure all the passers/attenders are following the rules.



Shift Ending:

Host:

:m The shift is ending, all attendees come back to the shift room, where we began.

Announce this 3 times.

Host:

:m Now it’s time for promotions! All the passers will receive a FF (ForceField)

Now you will use the FF (ForceField) command only with the passers. You can FF all of them with their username like this: (:ff user,user,user)

Host:

:m Thank you everyone, for attending this shift. If you don't pass, there will be another shift soon! Thank you for attending this shift.

Co-Host:

:h Also from me thank you for attending this shift, If you don't have a FF (Forcefield) Dismissed!


Conclusion:

Now say in #hr-commands or #shr-commands “!!endshift”, promote the passers and then log the promotions and the shift in #shift-logs in the intel server.

And don’t forget to log the promotions in the intel server in #promotion-logs, if you don’t log or have a failure to log, a punishment will be given out!
